The blog posts follow a certain template to measure the impact of the candidates' quotes and this is integrated in Narrative Charts. The Narrative Charts

Who '08 demonstrates how the narratives of the 2008 Presidential candidates can be mapped. First the candidates' quotes are analysed in the blog posts. The candidates' narratives have various themes and the quotes get assigned to one or more of these. Finally the quotes get processed into the Narrative Charts.

The horizontal bars in the charts represent the various narrative themes; the different parts within a bar represent the quotes. The numbers are the amount of media occurrences of that quote according to Google News.
